We entered a bygone era and socialized with fellow alumni as WhitmanNYC hosted a cigar and scotch tasting in the most tasteful setting. We've reserved the VIP Room at Lexington Bar and Books for your enjoyment, an establishment which looks like an English manor library relocated to NYC. 


We enjoyed a house-rolled Robusto, Panatela or Torpedo while mulling over the scotch selections from our open bar. We savored 15 and 18 year-old whiskies from Glenfiddich, Macallan, Longrow, Highland park and Cardhu among others.

Lexington Bar and Books is one of a handful of places in New York grandfathered to permit cigar smoking indoors. Its beautiful architecture and decor evoke the private clubs of yesteryear. Bar and Books offers more than 180 whiskies from the highlands, lowlands, islands, Islay and Speyside.
